The firm's robust presence in Dallas-Ft. Worth contributes to 500 annual transactions, totaling over 150 million square feet since 1989. Kevin's career began at the Vantage Companies in 1982, transitioning to Bradford in 1989, where his direct involvement has led to leasing and selling 25 million square feet. A mentor to his team, he's instrumental in significant transactions and portfolio growth.

Beth Fenton
Managing Director / Private Capital / Investor Relations
Beth Fenton oversees Bradford’s private investor relationships, focusing on raising private equity for the Bradford Opportunity Funds. With a 25-year tenure in professional services and business development, she has honed her skills in trust-based relationship building and providing investment access to strategic DFW-centric real estate opportunities. Her background includes a significant role at United Way of Metropolitan Dallas and extensive experience collaborating with high-net-worth individuals, CPAs, attorneys, wealth managers, and family offices. Beth excels in aligning client needs with Bradford's investment opportunities, demonstrating leadership in fundraising and brand enhancement.

Ankur Golwala
Managing Director / Investment Management
At Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, Ankur Golwala combines his expertise and leadership in raising private equity for the Bradford Opportunity Funds. He excels in forging partnerships with high-net-worth individuals and professional advisors, providing strategic access to DFW- centric real estate investments. With a nine-year track record across sales, portfolio management, and investor relations, including a pivotal role at Crescent Partners and experience with Megatel Capital Investment and Merrill Lynch, Ankur is a respected wealth management authority. He holds a BBA in Finance & Economics from Stephen F. Austin State University and is renowned for delivering value and building lasting investor relationships.

Richmond Collinsworth
Senior Vice President / Managing Partner
With more than 15 years of Real Estate experience, Richmond Collinsworth and has completed over 500+ transactions worth over $350,000,000. Richmond has been honored as a consistent Top Producer at Bradford, DCEO Power Brokers by D magazine, & Dallas Business Journal Heavy Hitters. Richmond grew up in Midland, Texas in the family business, commercial real estate. There he learned the fundamentals of the business literally from the ground up by maintaining and cleaning up properties. Richmond received a Bach elor's degree in Commerce and Business Administration with Honors, majoring in Real Estate Finance from the University of Alabama and subsequently graduated from Southern Methodist University after receiving his Master's in Business Administration.
